The rich grease the wheels in "kick backs" when given those lucrative contracts lining all their pockets. Tax payer is only to help produce that money, and somewhat their vote.

Maybe because there’s a global pandemic that needs attention and funding, or maybe it’s everyone else wanting $2k/month or a thousand other things. Maybe it’s low on the totem pole to cancel bad financial decisions of the young who have degrees but no job. Time to adult kids.
