Our govt has no basis for saying it can help with a mental health crisis when more often than not their own policies have helped create it. Economic injustice causes tens of millions of people to live with low level trauma every day of their lives, always there, always stressful.

The answer is both. Mental health makes folks at risk of falling behind economically, and, economic injustice can fuel mental health issues. However, economic injustice is often made worse through regulation or wealth distribution, whereas mental health has objective solutions.
