I agree why? It is not enough so why cut it ? I may not be in the lower income levels but I have been dramatically impacted financially during this pandemic.

Indeed, why? I’m unemployed, looking for jobs everyday, my state UC runs out in 3 weeks and I still need help. But I made too much $ last year to qualify for stimulus money. What happens to folks like us?

I don’t get the people who say “I don’t need the payment” you might not but someone else may. If one doesn’t want the $ give it back to the IRS when it’s received or donate it to charity

Because it's the right and wise thing to do. Compromise - we have to give a little if we truly want to unify. And don't say but the Republicans...when they go low, we go high. Perhaps it's a way to change the swamp.
