1/ Once a president is elected, no matter how much you like him or her or how much good they’re doing, the job of citizenship is to continually add your voice to those the president hears within the culture. That’s a serious course correction needed, particularly among Democrats.

2/ A big mistake we made with Obama was that we liked him so much, once he got in office we let things unfold without decrying the increasingly corporatist direction he was taking. The institutional pull on a prez once in office is extraordinary & our voices need to remain strong

3/ When a president does something we like it’s a reason to acknowledge it; when an administration is taken a direction we don’t like or we want something else, it’s a reason to say so. That isn’t being negative; it’s being a citizen.

The problem with this administration, is we don't know to whom we should direct our questions. Biden is obviously just a figure-head, who says and signs what he is told to.

Yep. This is probably my last presidential election I will have participated in. Between the bs the democrats pulled on Sanders, again, and trumps absolute lies, I see no point. Dems/Reps two sides, one coin in the pocket of the 1%. #stillsanders #AOC #Rashid #ilham #Progressive

And yet you have no problem with statement's like this; US Secretary of State Blinken says that Iran could now be 'weeks' away from having material to build a nuclear bomb. #EndWarNow #NoWarWithIran

I wish to h*ll the Democrats who pushed back against #ForceTheVote in order to protect their favorite legislators from our pressure would recognize the importance of what you just tweeted. They are playing the same role that OFA did when progressives tried to pressure Obama

Could not agree more! Dems are so afraid to critique anything the left does.

Our negligence is reflected in the fact that we let the minimum wage regress for over a decade by doing nothing. To make up for our negligence, which will likely happen again, we need to get it connected to COL. #15IsNotEnough

Positive reinforcement is actually more powerful though. We have to make an extra loud noise when they do something we like.
