Why are we talking about lowering stimulus checks for the middle class and poor, but not increasing the tax rate for billionaires?

I'll give that a shot. It's because mega-rich entities own the Government. That would be more evident except for the fact that they also own the media, which is their mouthpiece & PR Dept. It really helps to own virtually everything the public sees & hears.
