Why aren't we talking about the @BernieSanders microtax on stock transactions? $0.003 per, IIRC. That would make the superrich stop buying and selling several times a day.

The more we tax the rich, the more the entrepreneurs will leave America along with our jobs. That’s why. A charity should be set up to help the poor in America, it’s a tax write off for the rich. There are solutions here that could be win-win.
