“White House open to narrowing who qualifies for stimulus checks...” Not okay. It’s not just about how much money people make; it’s also about how little help people have received over the last year. Help people enough to make a difference! washingtonpost.com/us-policy…

I’m happy to donate check as we are fine but there’s no clear effective way to donate the funds that makes sense other than picking our favorite charity. Thoughts and how to establish a national charitable trust for those of us that can do without the funds?

#WealthTax: 2% on people who make over $50M a year, 1% more on people who make over $1B a year. We should not be protecting billionaires at a time like this.

It is also about not having tax filing data for 2020. How many of us went from 50K to next to nothing last year? That's information we don't yet know, and waiting until April or beyond isn't going to help people now.

"...it's not about how much people make..." Remember you said that each time you talk about Billionaires and the "richest country on Earth".

Seems utterly hopeless we would ever get a set amount for the duration of the pandemic, much less retroactive payments for so many that are suffering. If virtually every other advanced country can do it, why does this country royally fail at doing it?

No need of helicopter money for those that are gainfully employed. Government debt is an issue.

Nothing wrong with targeting relief to folks who need it. Give em all $2800 instead of $1400. I'm good.
