Mainstream economists treat economics like physics and try to describe our actions with models and equations. But humans aren’t inanimate objects floating through space. We have wants and desires. Read the Austrian economists who treat it as a social science.

This is true. I love you. You are also richer than gawd. Rallying for stimulus is one thing. Rich whyte lady quoting Ghandi about economics when there is a chance the cut off will be 50,000 which would do nothing is another. Its just greed. Not economics. Its political greed.
