If someone’s house is on fire no one “negotiates for a better package” before sending a fire truck. There’s a spiritual & psychological problem here that we don’t view healthcare & hunger the same way. It is a perversion of values that we don’t. We need a #RadicalHumanitarianism

Not going to happen in this political paradigm. Average people would have to be piliing up dead on politicians' doorsteps and even then, they'd bitch mostly about the clean up.

Wow, I may be dumb, but I just realized that Congress does not want to raise the minimum wage because inflow of cash into SS and Medicare would be a problem with trying to destroy them.
