That's not true, Marianne. They think a bill for $1.9 TRILLION when the previous emergency bill still hasn't been spent is irresponsible. Where is that money? They think a bill for $1.9 TRILLION that includes a bunch of non-emergency stuff unrelated to COVID is wasteful.
