Believe it or not, politicians’ communications directors do note what’s happening on the Internet. When something becomes a major conversation on Twitter they report it. Just keep repeating what you think is true. Buzz is a big deal.

I'm just curious about something : how big corps get to enforce they will on politicians? And why can't we, the actual voters do the same?

Money, which began controlling our politics particularly in the 1990s. With the Citizens United Supreme Court decision in 2010, corporations got unlimited power to influence political campaigns. And here we are.

Given all of this discussion, I still fail to understand why the Democrats are too timid to take ownership of the narrative instead of resorting to hapless responses to Trump Party lies.
