1/ I said on campaign that Trump ushered in an era of political theater & we wouldn’t be going back. Dems are fighting a 20th-C political war; Repubs are on a 21st-C battlefield. Dems like Brit redcoats fighting colonists who had learned guerilla techniques from Native Americans

2/ Their main weapon is people. It’s theatre. They transitioned from Trump to Marjorie Taylor Greene within a week & Dems are still talking about institutional nuance & bipartisanship. It’s sad; they’re not even on the right battlefield. The way to fight MTG is with $2000 checks.

So what do you suggest we do about it? A sincere question.

Believe it or not, politicians’ communications directors do note what’s happening on the Internet. When something becomes a major conversation on Twitter they report it. Just keep repeating what you think is true. Buzz is a big deal.

If Trump was so bad, how do you explain him gaining 10 million more voters, oh didn’t lose 1 seat in the house!

I like that analogy. I'm old enough to remember when the Democrats were the cool kids.

Yet you ran as a Dem. Shows more about you than them, amiright?

I think I hear you saying ... the Democrats are fighting stupidly ... they want to be seen as the good guys ... they are fighting to support a good guy image of themselves ... Instead of pulling out all the stops ... and really trying to win!

What's amazing is Obama put the Democrats leap years ahead on outreach, turnout and winning elections. Dems yielded all that ground.
