Trump created & the Marjorie Taylor Greenes of the world are maintaining a very dangerous emotional connection with millions of people. In order to counter that, Dems have to create a similarly visceral connection to their own base. I don’t see pointing this out as “accusatory.”

most "normal" people don't have stocks. My parents couldn't tell you what a stock is, in rural Kentucky. However they do care they haven't seen their grandchildren in months. Yes, it's important, but TBH we can deal with that later.

Trump created Marjorie Tayler Green? Did he also create the crazies on the Democrat side of the aisle that were promoting and supporting violence? I don’t own a gun, but if I had to sit in a room with, say, Maxine Waters, I ’d want one for protection after hearing her rhetoric.

The current administration not addressing it casts much doubt on the little trust we have in them to begin with *cough*Janet Yellen *cough* AND puts them at odds with a largely bipartisan sentiment—that is, Wall Street elites ARE NOT above the law and must be held accountable.

Exactly. Dems came on strong and now it’s silent. Marianne is right, we need action ASAP. 1) $2000 monthly retroactive until pandemic is over. 2) Republican violence accountability. 3) we need to hear from you @KamalaHarris @JoeBiden +others. @CoriBush has been the only one. IMO.

They not only have to make a visceral connect to the Dem base, they need to expand into the Rep base. This is important to many. And since "the Shaman" is willing to publicly testify against the accused this leaves the door open to debunk the big lie. Tunnel vision won't get it.
