Jen Psaki saying at press conference yesterday that Biden economic team not addressing Robin Hood issue because his team is working on what really matters to the American people, which is Covid relief bill, makes both her & him seem incredibly out of touch with what’s happening.

Based on some responses, I want to clarify. I wasn’t suggesting that anything is more important than a Covid relief bill; I’ve been asking where those $2000 checks are every day.

That’s why we have FTC-we already had a president who stuck his finger into nearly everything despite him not being well-informed & the executive not having any role whatsoever.

They’re focusing on bigger, more difficult issues, not just the news of the day, and for that they should be applauded.

1) why can’t the White House do two things at once? 2) why can’t they just pass a clean, standalone $2000 check? That wouldn’t take any time at all.

We already knew they were out of touch this just makes it look like they're in on it

The Biden economic team has pretty much unlimited resources and therefore should be able to juggle this too.

You tried to get that job. Do you want to say that you in Biden's place would have dropped everything else in order to personally investigate any scandal popping up instead of letting the experts in your administration handle it?

I disagree. I believe what Jen Psaki was communicating is that there ARE priorities. I’m a nurse. If I’m dealing with a patient hemorrhaging and another who needs a ventilator and in walks a guy with a broken finger I’ll probably have them take a seat.

You are incredibly out of touch..the Covid bill comes first it is central to USA getting of its knees and back into being relevant in the global market. What’s going on with RobinHood etc is an issue that needs to be dealt with too and that is the job of the SEC. Do some research
