Based on some responses, I want to clarify. I wasn’t suggesting that anything is more important than a Covid relief bill; I’ve been asking where those $2000 checks are every day.

Consider this: It's Congress's job to handle commerce and trade regulations. For the executive branch to take that job for itself would be an overreach on its part. Also, there are already oversight hearings in the works, so it's not line there's nothing being done.

I respectfully disagree. It's refreshing to have an administration that is too busy tying to stop the ship from sinking to walk into a political land mine. Anything they could say is going to inflame millions on one side or the other. Instead, they stay silent & stay focused.

To me it shows one pointed focus on the most important task at hand. Not EVERYTHING needs a position or comment by the President of the United States. He is briefed on everything and sets his priorities for the day.
