If people cannot afford a tiny unexpected bill, maybe they should manage their finances better, and not expect the rich to cover their expenses?

Feeding the banks using our credit cards. and those like me, without a credit card...my children are supporting me. Thank God we all have a home and each other...but some people have none of that!
