Warren's #WealthTax plan calls for 2% over $500M, 1% more for over $1 billion. No one at that level of wealth would see any difference whatsoever in their lifestyle, but millions of people would see a fundamental difference in their lives based on what we could do with the money.

I seriously doubt it would make a material difference in millions of lives. Government has a track record of being wildly inefficient. It will however, grow government.

Too many die while tiny percentages are exchanged on spreadsheets, in offices with suit wearing, cigar smoking and whiskey drinking abusers of power. It's time to make life, and sustaining with it, our top priority. #ClimateAction #healthcare #TaxTheRich #Sustainablility #UBI

I have my doubts about implementation and how much of a nightmare it may likely be, and has been other places. Easier to tax money being made with mandatory minimums and capital gains rate changes, than assign values to things without set values, so we should probably start there

1%? If I'm not mistaken in the 1950s they used to tax the rich 90%. How much do these folks need? Their lifestyles aren't sustainable for the planet. Tax them more!

Quick Correction to the figure in this @marwilliamson tweet: Warren's plan refers to 50 million, not 500 million.

Why are you even trying to promote anything about Warren on the day she initiated a defense of insider trading against outsider trading? All the times she attacked crooked Wall St executives instead of legislate against them was clearly unserious grandstanding.
