No such thing happened. It’s a false narrative that a transition from a dirty to a clean economy will cost people their jobs. We need to commit to a just transition so people will make lateral moves, repurposing skills from the old energy sector to the new (protected as they do).

In one of his first executive actions as US President, @JoeBiden on Wednesday revoked the permit for Calgary based TC Energy’s Keystone XL pipeline. The Progressive Contractors Association of Canada said the pipeline would have generated as many as 60,000 jobs in Canada & the US.
