Today, I made clear that if Democrats ever attack the key Senate rules, it would drain the consent and comity out of the institution. A scorched-earth Senate would hardly be able to function. It wouldn’t be a progressive’s dream. It would be a nightmare. I guarantee it.

Exactly. The Republicans have no problem running rough shot over and through Dems when they want something (ie- approving Supreme Court judges). Time to do the same. $2K checks, $15 minimum wage, etc

We can't afford four more years of McConnell control. He can appoint more judges some other time, we have to get some real work done for the sake of the country.
