Banks collected more than $30 BILLION in overdraft fees in 2020. Tell me again how the US doesn鈥檛 prey on the people who live paycheck to paycheck again.

It is horrendous. Banks should not charge a fee for non-transaction, for a money transfer that didn't take place. Period! I understand how they justify it but it is immoral and not constructive to a society.

Banks charge poor for these non-transactions, but no charges for the rich. So... A multi-millionaire gets loan at close to zero rate, does not pay any fees for non-transactions; but the poor gets loan at astronomically high rate and pays for every little thing. Wonderful!!

@FifthThird charged me over $250 in overdraft fees in one month. Their policies are so deceptive and intentionally creates chaotic account assessments to collect overdraft fees rather warranted or not.

Love your practice of Course in Miracles. Would encourage you to research before sharing others erroneous and inflammatory comments. The way to work with business not advocate against them in an uninformed manner.
