Because Republicans tend to actually want to do things, as opposed to simply allowing Corporations to continue to do whatever they want (which is what the Democrats do). The problem is with WHAT the Republicans want to do...

Because it’s a con game, Democrats stall legislation while Republicans fast pass legislation. Controlled opposition is the name of the game.

Because they are the “bad cop”. While both the good cop & bad cop appear different on the surface, they work together to achieve the same goals. They’re paid by the & work for the same precinct. To maintain their “brand” the Dems have to be more sly with their harm tactics.

Seems to me that the Republicans sat on their thumbs for much of 2016 - guess they couldn't believe they won. The Democrats have hit the ground running - lots of it covered in the first full week. It's almost like they have a plan or something ;)

Because Democrats care about being nice, or are worried about how we're perceived. We need to stop and start ramming.

Democrats don’t care about the people either. Big money corporations lobby both parties no matter which party holds the majority they still have control. The democrats aren’t focused on our agenda. They’re focused on big money’s agenda. We can stop calling it a democracy too.

Because lying, cheating and stealing are all short cuts. To do things right it takes a bit more time.

I feel like the Republican platform is simplistic & authoritarian. The democratic platform is much more nuanced and diverse and that invites debating everything! That just takes longer.

Because they don’t think about the destruction it will cause. They only see the wall that needs to be punched through with out considering if it’s a load bearing wall first. They just don’t care if the house falls down. As long as they get that shiny piece of glass.
