We have a national Defense Academy that trains leaders in becoming defense professionals. We should also have a national Peace Academy to train leaders in becoming peace-building professionals.

I wouldn't want to outsource "peace" to the government. Peace, in the eyes of the powerful involves "turning cheeks" and "forgiveness without accountability." As a Black woman, I can't imagine the amount of crap they will tell me to endure for the sake of "their" peace."
