This email broke my heart. Our vaccine rollout just isn’t working if this is how it’s making our seniors feel.

There were many workers at the facility I had my vaccine. I think they could create a mobile unit with all the staff available for seniors and people with disabilities.

as soon as i read this i got in touch with some friends of mine, we’re recruiting volunteers in our area via neighborhood apps like “next door”. coordinating with social workers & reaching out to those 75+, and setting up free (sanitized) drives for anyone who would like them!
