You’re right, but with the current make up of SCOTUS it’s not reasonable to think we can overturn Citizens United anytime soon. HR1 being passed also as a Senate bill will help, and ultimately we need a constitutional amendment establishing public funding for federal campaigns.

Mw, you agree with President Trump that judges are biased. His statement about a judge having a Mexican heritage isn't any different than yours about SCOTUS. You don't recognize this because of your addiction to defy logic.
