WH Press Sec Jen Psaki has repeatedly said Pres Biden will leave it to Congress on how to deal with Pres Trump. She isn't weighing in on whether Trump should be convicted or barred office. Summing up, she said, "We'll leave the accountability steps to Congress to determine."

Hey Marianne! If you see this, I love your podcast and am a impressionist (mainly of political figures). It would be a real thrill and honor to come on your podcast sometime and entertain if you ever want to have me on for laughs 😊👍🏻 Thanks and for all your work!

I would assume, or at least hope, DoJ is to follow, and its a matter of doing things in order. But, America also does everything it can to avoid holding power accountable, so I'm not counting on it.
There is no chance Biden will let the feds investigate Trump.

Post Senate trial step. Let the process run a bit. They have a lot on their plate. I think New York & Georgia may have the simplest path to criminal convictions. Insurrection is a big charge, will take a lot to put together criminal threshold. (My uneducated guess!)
