The word "Judge" come from judgement ... How can a judge sentance someone like this!
What does it mean to "Judge"... To take in all the facts and make a reasonable, humanitarian decision ... This Judge needs to be disbarred!
Can we just stop calling it the "criminal justice system" and start calling it the "mass incarceration system?"
