It should be $2k/mo for duration of pandemic + free healthcare going forward. That’s what people in other countries receive w/ much lower rates of Covid. It’s time for Americans to expect more & receive more, and time for huge corporate conglomerates to expect less & receive less

This would be the perfect time to start building the framework for UBI and universal healthcare. I just really hope the Dems have the courage to actually do it.

I'm in one of those "other countries" and while I do have access to public health care (thank goodness), I can assure you that I do NOT get $2k/mo due to the 'pandemic'. My income is just under $200 per week and I have the receipts to prove it.

The Democrats have already blown it. The Covid relief bill will not be ready until mid-March. Their Impeachment has not even been sent to the Senate. They are killing any chance of winning ANYTHING in the 2022 midterms. Who's holding them back?

Yes time to expect more! I am certain that the majority of American citizens are unaware that in most other countries salaries are being & have been, subsidized at 70, 85, 90 & 100% since Covid began.

It blows my mind that people think that basic necessities are handouts to the lazy. Especially in the midst of a pandemic and economic collapse
