It’s not too much to ask that we give one day to the cause of national reconciliation - a cease-fire of sorts - so we can regroup, purify our hearts of the toxicity of the last 4 years, forgive where we can, and realign ourselves with who we need to be to take on the work ahead.

Has no one ever told you the fable about the scorpion and the frog who met at the river?

Um yeah about that - first freaking day isn’t even over and they tell us “So sorry but we won’t be sending out any relief until March... maybe... but hey, thanks for your vote!!! Vote for Democrats in 2022!!” Give me a break. I feel nothing. Nothing but more and worsening dread

I vehemently disagree with you. We can not allow the GOP’s ongoing, racist assault on democracy to continue . Your naive talk of “unity” and forgiveness is dangerous. I don’t respect you any longer. Your opinion smells of white privlege.

Fuck you! The election was fraudulent, and those of us who are being censored by the leftist lunatics have a right to be pissed.

Well so much for a cease fire. His first day isn’t over and we’re told sorry no relief till March. They’re firing away. singing kumbaya won’t bring food to people’s table. This is an outrageous blast in the face to the people who voted for him. Get ready.
