TIES ARE MAJORITIES. I.e. the Dems STILL CONTROL COMMITTEES I'm all for attacking Dems for being spineless, but this is not it. Not at all. The Committee Chairs (all Dems) can kill anything in committee, the Republican equal vote is powerless without any Dems onboard.
