By allowing him to remain in office til Wednesday at noon, they’re giving him the chance to pre-pardon Horn Man Chansley and any others involved in the capitol riot - to then become celebrities and leaders of their insurrectionist movement. How extraordinarily irresponsible.

too bad the constitution doesn't have a provision for this type of gross abuse of power. there any many holes in our constitution, which the founding fathers could never have imagined in their wildest nightmares! will be interesting to see if the courts can reverse any of this.

Republicans have been extaordinarily irresponsible since they let him break the law trying to rig the election using Ukraine. The blood of all COVID-19 deaths and the insurrection deaths are on their hands.

Sorry, too late. Our government was designed to work slowly and deliberately. Its structure is overwhelmed by today's rapid development of events and instant communications media. Donald Trump has taught us just how vulnerable our system is to anyone who aspires to exploit it.

I think white people need to turn the hate down and address the underlying issues in the world that they personally have caused by creating violence and inequality in our own society and countries across the world. He should pardon Assange & Snowden. medium.com/age-of-awareness/…
