Katie Porter is now on Oversight. She asked to stay on Financial Services as well but was denied (a mistake). But as much as we liked seeing her go toe to toe with the financial industry, I think Oversight is perfect for handling Trump Administration fallout.

Technically Congresswoman Katie Porter was never removed from Financial Services Committee. She prioritized two other very important committees, House Oversight and Natural Resources. It was at her own request. She’ll be truly masterful in Oversight and Natural Resources.
