Yes ... The Department of Homeland Security was worthless ... Just like on 9/11 ... the indicators were all there ... but no one listened! ... It was the job of DHS to bridge all these smaller agencies and demand they listen ... but no one did ... another failure!

Not sure which or how many of these 3 letter agencies dropped the ball here but ignore all the blah blah blah and accept that despite all we’re paying in taxes to have sh*t like this not happen - it happened. Many people - 3/4/5 layers deep in these agencies - need to go.
