This is right. It's time to start really thinking about what repealing the Telecommunications Act would look like. You can't go back to 1996, but it's evident that we need to go back to hard concentration limits and more localized media, tech and telecom firms.
We need to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine & repeal the Telecommunications Act. There will be a new prez in a week and we shouldn’t just wait to see what he will do; we should think about what it is we want. The American people have gotten into the habit of asking for too little.
