No $1,400 is not $2,000, and a one-time payment is not enough. Payments need to be monthly to make a real difference going forward.

The national debt is insanely high and we can't afford trillions more dollars in debt. We need to completely re-open our state economies. If governors who are locking down or partially locking down want to send checks, let them do so.
