A reasonable unemployment program is all that is needed. Folks that didn't loose their job shouldn't get payments. Those that did loose jobs or had hours reduced need a dependable program.

Also @marwilliamson, attaching $2000 stimulus to 2019 salary means millions of struggling out-of-work Americans, including plenty of former Bernie, Warren, Biden, et al. staffers - myself included - get nothing.
