Why is he negotiating against himself? $50,000 was always the number bandied about. What the hell? If we don’t do the big asks we’ll never be above water. I tire of Democrats dipping the big toe in. Jump all the way in the damn water. We need relief now, not a little at a time

Does anybody know if this forgiveness includes FFEL loans (all loans including “Federal Consolidation Loans” taken out before 2010 & not consolidated into Direct Loans)?
