Our economy should not be guided by market principles but by humanitarian principles. That’s the fundamental shift that will turn the ship around in the 21st-century. A thriving humanity will improve the market, but making the market thrive does not necessarily improve humanity.

Case in point: We should massively front-end resources in the direction of children. It will provide no immediate monetary profits for anyone but it’s our greatest chance for long-term economic profit and sustainability for everyone. Our most precious resource is a child’s brain.

We need to commit to endcoronavirus.org. I see tweets from parents saying their kids’ fear they’ll get sick & die. We also need to bolster public education, do M4A, provide excellent early education/childcare options specifically, paid maternity/paternity leave of 8-12 wks

It’s not a cliche, the children are our future. Love & concern directed to every child on earth will solve 99% of our problems in the long run. Another thing that sounds cliche but is 100% true: LOVE IS THE ANSWER!

We should pair them with our older seniors. Either China or Japan , I can’t remember, puts older and younger together because. The child is closer to birth and the elder is closer to death. I think of all the things the two can teach each other.

Glad to see you're thinking long-term. Here's a better way that doesn't require anyone to sacrifice anything but the chains that bind them and the chains they use to bind others: Copiosis.com
