We need Merrick Garland to be super tough on two issues when he becomes Attorney General: 1) systemic racism & 2) Trump era white supremacist crimes. If he is anything less than totally aggressive on prosecuting those things, the American people need to protest very, very loudly.

No I’m not. It’s the Attorney General’s job to prosecute criminals and I’m suggesting that he do so.

If he prosecutes all Americans who have been involved in attempted coups, then I am all for it. That would include US backers of the Bolivian coup, the early 2000s Venezuelan coup, etc. If our side prosecutes only the other side, they will do the same when it is their turn.
