We need Merrick Garland to be super tough on two issues when he becomes Attorney General: 1) systemic racism & 2) Trump era white supremacist crimes. If he is anything less than totally aggressive on prosecuting those things, the American people need to protest very, very loudly.

Yes, but you should be more precise or you will alienate the legally illiterate. If you want to prosecute civil rights violations or enhance sentencing for hate-crimes, you should say so.
