The US political elite think only those whose careers have been entrenched for yrs in a system that drove us into this mess are qualified to lead us out of it. In fact they’re the ones least qualified to understand the level of psychological dysfunction mass psychosis represents.

They hate people who can rebound from that way of thinking. The psychosis is way worse when you realize they will go after people who can never fully lose themselves to their worldview.
