Elected officials got a taste today of the trauma millions of people experience daily as a direct and indirect result of their policies. Their sense of protection proved to be delusional. I’m very sorry they went through it but I hope it’s an awakening experience for all of them.

Yeah they’ll do something about it , the same action they took when a lunatic flew a small aircraft into the White House. Spend millions of $ to beef up security.

What happened today is more than just Trump's crybaby antics about stolen votes. This is about neglect, not just from this past year, but from decades of lack of empathy from the very people we hired to represent us. This is disgraceful.

I agree. And they got a taste of what school children go through during a school shooting. My hope is they will enact laws to keep everyone safer.

The terrorists attack today was not about politicians writing bad policies. It was about white supremacy not getting it's away in the election and then white supremacy/ privilege allowing white people to act out because they didn't get their way. Yal are exhausting
