Every day I get 5+ emails from Dems with a subject line saying the sky is falling in. Would someone please tell whatever messaging genius thinks that’s the way to raise $ that it’s also the best way to depress people, & millions of people seeing such words suppresses possibility?

Yeah I think of Michael Dukakis… We’re still afraid of being thugs will become pushovers… Pardon the biblical reference here but it’s worth remembering even Jesus kicked over some tables

Dem email messaging is as bad as the GOPs — and they share your email address with everyone. I’m constantly unsubscribing from lists of local candidates from states across the country. Super annoying and self-defeating.

My favorite one was from Chelsea Clinton after the 2016 election. The subject line read “Can you help me find my mom?”

What is the way to convince you to contribute more than $77.50 to political campaigns since 2016? You have the means, Marianne. The progressive movement doesnt have giant corps and billionaires. We need you. Your voice is appreciated. Your money is necessary.
