The problem is not an issue here or an issue there, so much as it’s an insane notion of the purpose of money. The purpose of an economy is to serve people, the purpose of people is not to serve an economy.

No, an economy is what keeps money flowing through a system where money is necessary in order for people to survive. So it’s absolutely a service and should be organized in such a way that it helps people thrive, not exploits them for the purposes of a few.

No the economy is the system! You can’t organize something that’s based on every single persons actions and behaviours! The economy doesn’t “work for people”.
