1/ The new congressional session begins today. Re-electing Pelosi will say to the country that it’s pretty much going to be business as usual, which to me is very sad. What a lost opportunity to burst out of the gate post-Trump with something new.

No Marianne. This isn't it. This is politics. Until progressives in congress have enough power in numbers behind them they have to play the game or risk being destroyed. Nothing is that easy for progressives. Nit picking every progressive in congress isn't helpful.

I’ve pretty much lost all hope with Mondaire. It’s quite sad. Volunteered and donated to his campaign. Voted for him enthusiastically. But between this vote and recently doing a private meeting with wealthy pro Israel potential donors I have zero confidence left. @PeterJacobNJ
