1/ The new congressional session begins today. Re-electing Pelosi will say to the country that it’s pretty much going to be business as usual, which to me is very sad. What a lost opportunity to burst out of the gate post-Trump with something new.

I hate to say it but if democrats don't switch it up radically, they will lose to the next populist baboon in four years. The base is always right and if leadership is rather negotiating on behalf of status quo politics and rich donors, we need to get rid of inefficient players
