1/ The new congressional session begins today. Re-electing Pelosi will say to the country that it’s pretty much going to be business as usual, which to me is very sad. What a lost opportunity to burst out of the gate post-Trump with something new.

With the failures she's overseen, in any other industry she would have been out of a job a long time ago. She's gone from Dems having a super-majority to losing the House to barely holding the majority. Her stranglehold on passing any progressive legislation is killing the party.
