In my opinion we could use a psychological shift inside a lot of progressive minds. Stop fighting each other. Stop saying everything the Democrats are doing is bad - because it’s not. Start standing up for what we ourselves believe in, without rancor. Not everyone has to agree.

Agree. Too many people hide their opinions because they don’t want backlash from disagreements. It’s not healthy and it stifles people.

Let's not and say we did. You're not desperate, you don't get to tome police. This is how you remove yourself from the movement. Stop telling others to be nicer or talk well about any politician or party. We decide how we talk about them, not you. We're on the bottom, not you...

“Not everyone has to agree.” This is central to the nature of American society, which needs to be continuously improved, not torn down. Western Civ, and America specifically, has contributed much to bring the value of individual freedom being inculcated into our institutions.

You have healthcare. Maybe fight for those that don't instead of criticizing those of us who are fighting.

Marianne, I disagree with your assessment.

I absolutely agree. Unfortunately there's a large number of progressives who want to destroy AOC, the squad & Dem Party by being divisive and nasty. They are trying to start a fight that will create a mass exit to a 3rd-party. They believe AOC's popularity is a roadblock

Our government has been exposed in dramatic fashion as being incapable of doing anything with urgency, efficiency & effectiveness except pushing wealth upwards, so it’s hard to keep perspective when your bank account is empty, cupboards bare & ur not allowed to return to work.

Thank you! What we did to bring the US from the brink of fascism by electing Biden & pushing out Trump was no small feat. We will need that synergy to make realistic, achievable policy gains.
