Whenever I have a problem, 90% of the time the best advice I can give myself is to get over myself, make it not about me, and serve someone else whose problems are bigger than mine. Works every time.

Same here. If I drop my ego, my greed, and acknowledge that I am just feeling sorry for myself, my anger melts away and then I can focus on someone else's perspective.
