Whenever I have a problem, 90% of the time the best advice I can give myself is to get over myself, make it not about me, and serve someone else whose problems are bigger than mine. Works every time.

In a similar vein, a lot of unhappiness comes from taking life/problems too seriously. (See most of us in 2020.) Sometimes this is what is at the root of anxiety & depression. I always try and remember that if feeling down or overwhelmed. We can make issues bigger than they are.
