Anger is like the white sugar of political activism; it gives you an adrenaline high but then you’ll crash. What we need is nourishment for the long-haul: laughter at the ridiculousness of it all and love for the possibilities that could be.

Does tone trolling act like white sugar too? How does tone trolling nourish the uninsured who are suffering at this very moment?

It's easy to get hooked by anger, I catch myself all the time lately. It turns into blame, and eventually divides us into smaller fractions. Love does win the long game of politics & it makes the now easier to bare. It's a constant practice with fails, & restarts.
